Otto Hanson is the VP of Product and GM of Screens at Agiloft. Prior to joining Agiloft, he co-founded and led legal tech startups TermScout and Screens.ai. Otto began his career in legal as a corporate attorney in the Tech Transactions practice at Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP and spends most of his time thinking about how to solve the biggest problems in contracts. He holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Colorado, where he graduated Order of the Coif, an MBA from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies, and a BA from Northern Arizona University. Otto also holds an Executive Certificate from MIT Sloan in Management and Leadership.
