Kyle advises Gradient portfolio companies on building and optimizing their sales and customer functions. He joins Gradient from Google’s enterprise sales team where he helped large customers drive revenue across ad products and tech platforms. Before that, Kyle led Sales and Customer Success teams at startups and big companies, including building a B2B SaaS startup from $0 to $18M in ARR. Kyle holds a BS in Marketing from Boston College.

While not advising Gradient companies, he can be found running, biking or skiing around Boulder, CO and the surrounding mountains with his wife and two sons.
