Join us for The Value of Pro Bono Work During the Pandemic, part one of the Silicon Flatirons four-part virtual series, Legal Perspectives on Physical Distancing and its Impact, featuring top attorneys and subject matter experts addressing questions and considerations on the impacts and developments in response to the spread of COVID-19.

This panel will explore how attorneys can take advantage of and benefit from opportunities for pro bono legal work during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct state, “[e]very lawyer has a professional responsibility to provide legal services to those unable to pay.” As the virus continues to spread and individuals and families feel increasing stress from the social distancing measures taken as a result, there are pressing needs for legal help. Practicing attorneys at leading firms will discuss how to find these opportunities and ethical methods for practice that can be conducted without in-person representation, as well as ways pro bono work can contribute to professional development.
