The Institute for Regulatory Law & Economics is an educational and outreach program of the University of Colorado Silicon Flatirons Center. Attendees of the IRLE conference will study law and economics at the Aspen Meadows conference center of the Aspen Institute with other state regulators, commission staff, and distinguished faculty.
