Please join us on April 24, 2008 as Silicon Flatirons launches Entrepreneurs Unplugged. Our featured guest is Dan Caruso, an entrepreneur with over 21 years of experience in the telecommunications and Internet industries. Dan is the founder and CEO of Zayo Group and previously served as the CEO of ICG Communications. He is, in short, one of the leading technology entrepreneurs in Colorado.

Entrepreneurs Unplugged is a meeting place where faculty, students and community members with technical backgrounds will learn about and get involved in entrepreneurship. In particular, the program offers students and faculty an opportunity to learn how a successful start up is created as well as an opportunity to network. Each Entrepreneurs Unplugged meeting features food, drink and – most importantly – an experienced entrepreneur to discuss his/her start-up experiences. Robert Reich of Medium (who leads the New Tech MeetUp) and Jason Mendelson of Foundry Group serve as the program’s moderators.

Although it is not necessary to RSVP to attend, those who do register online will be given first priority.
