This M&A Crash Course marshals multiple expert perspectives to help attendees understand the state of private deal activity – most notably mergers and acquisitions – among companies in the Mountain West region and beyond.
Highlights include effective tactics that a company might use to identify deals, as well as strategies to get deals completed. The Crash Course will cover key trends in deal structures and deal terms, and which industry sectors are most active today.
