On March 12, 2021, Silicon Flatirons hosted a conference titled Privacy at the Margins. The conference celebrated the recent publication of “Privacy at the Margins,” a book by Professor Scott Skinner-Thompson, and to discuss themes in his work, such as the material harms caused by privacy invasions, the structure of privacy law to deny legal privacy rights to the marginalized, and ways to meet and remedy these injustices.
A report detailing the conference outcomes is available for download, thanks to Colorado Law student and Silicon Flatirons Researcher, Stacey Weber, and University of Colorado Law School Associate Professor, Scott Skinner-Thompson.
