Morgan is the founder and CEO of levelheaded, a mother to her beloved children/step children, a Colorado native, an avid mountain adventure, an attorney and proud 08′ CU Grad (go BUFFS!). She founded levelheaded in 2022 to build a company with a simple, but big mission: to make the world less litigious. levelheaded is dedicated to creating the world’s most easy-to-use and prolific dispute resolution platform by democratizing access to dispute resolution and mediation by augmenting the human experience with advanced technology for efficiency and affordability. She has a deep passion for helping people resolve disputes with accessibility and ease. Morgan is also the President of the Mediation Association of Colorado where she works to proliferate and bring awareness to mediation across Colorado.
