Morgan Tregenza

levelheaded — Founder and CEO

Morgan is the Founder and CEO of Levelheaded, a company on a bold mission to make the world less litigious. Before founding Levelheaded, Morgan practiced law for nearly a decade, where she saw firsthand that most disputes ended in settlement—not courtroom victories. The difference, she realized, was mediation: when people were guided through meaningful conversations, outcomes were more satisfying, durable, and human. That insight led to Levelheaded. Under Morgan’s leadership, the company is pioneering a new category—AI-native, human-guided dispute resolution—beginning with property disputes and expanding to broader markets. Powered by Lev, Levelheaded’s proprietary AI resolution engine, the platform replaces costly, adversarial battles with structured, empathetic conversations. By combining AI efficiency with human trust and nuance, a single mediator plus Lev can resolve hundreds of cases each year. Morgan was also the President of the Mediation Association of Colorado, where she advocated for expanding access to mediation statewide and worked on legislative initiatives to pass bills mandating mediation. Outside of work, she is a mother to her beloved children and stepchildren, a Colorado native, an avid mountain adventurer, and a proud ’08 CU Buff.
