Ms. Lynna McGrath currently serves as the Deputy Associate Administrator for Spectrum Management within the National Telecommunication and Information Administration (NTIA) Office of Spectrum Management. She oversees OSM’s spectrum engineering and analysis efforts, system certifications and frequency assignments, and coordination amongst the federal agencies on spectrum regulatory matters.
Prior to joining NTIA, she served as the Director of Spectrum Policy and Planning at NASA, where she led a team managing NASA’s spectrum activities at both domestic and international levels. Ms. McGrath has also worked in the Department of Defense Chief Information Officer Electromagnetic Spectrum Enterprise, Policy and Programs office along with the Department of Homeland Security and Department of Energy spectrum management offices. Ms. McGrath holds a Masters of Science in Engineering and Public Policy and a Bachelors of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and Engineering in Public Policy from Carnegie Mellon University.
