Kyle Carter has joined Transverse Medical Inc. as Vice President of Finance and Operations, where he leads the company’s financial strategy and corporate operations during a pivotal phase of growth and innovation. With over 14 years of experience spanning healthcare delivery and strategic finance, Kyle brings deep expertise in driving finance and operational strategy for high-growth healthcare and technology organizations.
Prior to joining TMI, Kyle worked with the company in a consulting capacity, playing a key role in securing Series B2 funding and establishing the financial infrastructure that supports TMI’s continued success. He is passionate about building systems and processes that empower teams to maximize resources in pursuit of TMI’s mission to create the world’s premier cerebral embolic protection device.
Previously, Kyle held senior leadership roles with several venture-backed healthcare and technology companies, both directly and as a consultant. Kyle is recognized for his collaborative leadership, ability to build and inspire high-performing teams, and his commitment to developing world-class healthcare businesses that make a lasting impact on patients and the industry.
