Eva Yao is the founder and CEO of Flari Tech Inc., a startup building a laser breathalyzer for biomedical applications using a Nobel Prize-winning technology born out of JILA—a joint institute between the National Institute of Standards and Technology and CU Boulder. Prior to founding Flari, Eva was the COO of a CU Anschutz diagnostic startup and a business school professor researching and teaching entrepreneurship at CU Boulder.
