Dave is CEO and a co-founder of OncoRx Insights. His recent experience includes roles as CTO & CIO of Altais, a spinoff of Blue Shield of California, CEO of Precision Profile, Vice President of Hitachi Consulting’s Healthcare and Data Analytics Practices and Vice President and Chief Architect at Global Healthcare Exchange. Dave holds BS and MS degrees in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from CU Boulder.
