Ashley is Breakthrough’s Director of Marketing. In this role, she is responsible for generating awareness of Breakthrough and our programs and services, as well as recruiting Fair Opportunity employer partners and volunteers to join us for our in-facility events. Prior to this role, she worked for the Responsible Business Initiative for Justice engaging with businesses to create inclusive hiring practices for Opportunity Youth and justice-impacted adults. During her time at RBIJ, she also published a “roadmap” designed to drive the adoption of Second Chance Hiring within businesses entitled “Hiring Justice-Involved Talent; Practical Steps to Becoming a Second Chance Employer.”
