Wednesday, June 03, from 3:00-4:00 pm Mountain Daylight Time (MDT)

Join us for Virtual Hiring and Onboarding of New Attorneys, part three of the Silicon Flatirons four-part virtual series, Legal Perspectives on Physical Distancing and its Impact, featuring top attorneys and subject matter experts addressing questions and considerations on the impacts and developments in response to the spread of COVID-19.

Graduating law students and new attorneys are coming onto the job market in the middle of a time of heightened uncertainty around both the public’s health and the economy. Complicating matters, social distancing measures, and “stay at home” orders from local and state governments will create new challenges for interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and mentoring new attorneys effectively and inclusively. Our panel of speakers will discuss methods and mechanisms available to approach this process and provide these new professionals with access to the tools they need with respect for diversity and the requirements of a remote environment.
