The IP-Labor Interface

The Silicon Flatirons x Ethics Series continues for its second year as part of our AY 25–26 programming. Led by Director Melanie Kay, the x Ethics Series will focus in the upcoming year on a variety of critical ethical implications and considerations arising from novel technologies and business practices. Sessions will feature keynote speakers, expert panels, and community discussion, often with ethics CLE credit available.

Presented by the Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative Collegiate Program at Colorado Law and Silicon Flatirons.

On November 6, Colorado Law will welcome UCLA Professor of Law Xiyin Tang to provide a look into the arts and entertainment industry in the age of artificial intelligence. Professor Tang will discuss how IP law can be utilized to help better protect the rights of creators in the face of increasing AI usage in creative labor markets.
