Will Francis is Chief Commercial Officer at Agile Space Industries, where he leads the Business Development team and works closely with engineering and operations to align Agile’s propulsion innovations with the right opportunities.
With 20+ years in space hardware development and business growth, Will combines deep technical expertise with a people-first leadership style. He began his career as a deployable space structures architect, contributing to dozens of successful flight hardware deliveries and earning more than two dozen patents.
In 2011, he co-founded Roccor LLC, helping build the engineering team, then later led business development through the company’s growth and eventual acquisition by Redwire in 2020. At Redwire, he served as VP of Advanced Programs, driving innovative projects and partnerships for more than two years.
