Megan (she/her) serves as the Colorado Policy Representative for the Earthjustice Rocky Mountain Office. Here, she contributes to and advances policies that protect communities from the cumulative impacts of pollution, achieve climate emissions reductions through clean energy initiatives, and more. Prior to this role, Megan directed the Colorado-based non-profit Healthy Air and Water Colorado, worked on local environmental and community organizing campaigns, and interned with the Obama White House Council on Environmental Quality and the Center for Climate Change Communication. Megan earned Dual Master’s degrees in Global Environmental Policy and Natural Resources & Sustainable Development from American University in Washington, DC and the United Nations University for Peace in Costa Rica, respectively. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Government & Politics from the University of Maryland, College Park.
