Jason is a music producer, co-owner of Good Noise Studios, and criminal justice reform participant. Previously he was a Managing Director and co-founder at Foundry Group, co-author of the book Venture Deals, startup co-founder, lawyer, and and a software engineer. Most importantly he co-created the class VC360 with Brad Bernthal.
