Gerald Adams

Gerald Adams is a Sharswood Fellow and resident scholar with the Center for Technology, Innovation and Competition at the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School. His scholarship focuses on law and technology, with a special interest in telecommunications. Previously, Adams advised on domestic and international regulatory matters for the world’s largest satellite constellation. He has worked as a lawyer, policy advisor, and scientist on numerous emerging technologies, including receiving several National Science Foundation grants. Adams received his JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was a Levy Scholar and received the Herbert F. Schwartz Award for distinguished achievement in law and technology. His undergraduate studies were applied mathematics, physics, and economics from the University of Utah.
