Nick Alexander has deep experience in the development and implementation of regulatory policy in government and the private sector. Nick most recently served as the Director of Policy in NTIA’s Office of Internet Connectivity and Growth. Before joining NTIA in January 2022, Nick was a Partner at Wilkinson Barker Knauer LLP, the Head of Federal Regulatory Affairs for CenturyLink (now Lumen) and an attorney at the FCC, where he held various positions in the Wireline Competition Bureau and served as a Legal Advisor to three Commissioners. Prior to earning his JD from the University of Colorado, Nick served as an airborne infantry officer in the United States Army.
