Larissa Schwartz is a PhD student at the ATLAS Institute and a research assistant and member of the Brain, AI and Child (BAIC) Lab in the Department of Computer Science, advised by Dr. Tom Yeh. She is also a professional UX researcher and designer, visual arts educator and entrepreneur. Her current research consists of Generative AI within education, industry, ethics and accessibility. Larissa, along with Dr. Tom Yeh, piloted a Generative AI course this semester at CU Boulder. She is currently collecting data on the human centered experience as students embark on learning about these new technological advancements within Generative AI.
