Dalia Topelson Ritvo is an Assistant Attorney General for the Colorado office of the Attorney General, focusing on privacy issues faced by the State of Colorado. Dalia has concentrated her legal practice on the impact of technology on privacy, consumer protection, and intellectual property. Prior to joining the Colorado Office of the Attorney General, Dalia was the Assistant Director of the Cyberlaw Clinic at Harvard Law School, and worked as in-house counsel at Amazon.com. Dalia also worked as an associate in the New York law offices of Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and DLA Piper LLP, focusing on intellectually property and technology issues. Dalia received her BA, magna cum laude, from Emory University in 1999 and her JD and LLM in International Law from Duke University School of Law in 2004.
