Join us for Legal Implications of COVID-19 for Startups, part four of the Silicon Flatirons four-part virtual series, Legal Perspectives on Physical Distancing and its Impacts, featuring top attorneys and subject matter experts addressing questions and considerations on the impacts and developments in response to the spread of COVID-19.
Startups and small businesses have been significantly impacted by the spread of COVID-19 and the corresponding measures taken to limit that spread. Entrepreneurs and innovators have had to respond to immediate questions around protecting employees, safely maintaining business operations, and deciphering complicated loan programs. This session will present the legal frameworks relevant to navigating these and other issues, discuss strategies for compliance, and present tips and tools for attorneys to work directly with small business owners and operators.
