Berin’s lifelong interests in innovation and public policy led him to law school, where these interests converged at the study of how the law co-evolves with technology. Berin advises clients on how to navigate and/or change the laws and regulations governing the internet, telecommunications, and commercial space industries. He is a member of the D.C. and California bars and is conversant in French.
