Tim Miller co-founded a non-profit called Citizen Software Engineers, a public-private partnership with Sarah Tuneberg from the State. He serves on multiple startup software company boards and mentors CEOs. Previously, he was the CEO of Rally Software, which he co-founded in 2003, took public on the NYSE, and ultimately sold to CA in 2015.
