Chris Laughlin is an attorney in the Communications Practice Group of Kelley Drye & Warren LLP where he counsels communications and technology clients on matters involving key legal, regulatory, and policy issues that arise when operating in the Internet ecosystem, including broadband access and affordability, spectrum management, and data privacy and security. His advice and representation on these issues includes policy advocacy, regulatory compliance, enforcement defense, litigation, and transactional matters. Chris earned his JD from the University of Colorado Law School and an LLM in Advocacy from Georgetown University Law Center, where he also served as an attorney in the Communications & Technology Law Clinic.
