Bill is Principle at Audacious Inquiry and has spent 25 plus years in healthcare IT focused on many aspects of interoperability ranging from labs (Roche), claims (IDX), HIEs (GE), and Population Health (GE/Microsoft/Caradigm). These positions have offered experiences with large and complex health IT technical implementations and within a range of legal and policy frameworks, both in the US and around the globe. Bill also serves on the eHealth Exchange Board and has provided strategic roadmap services to NY’s SHIN-NY, Sequoia, and SHIEC.
