Andrea regularly helps to design and implement privacy and security programs for companies of all sizes and in all industry sectors, focusing on the intricacies of multi-jurisdictional compliance programs, cross-border transfer mechanisms, and international record retention processes. She has extensive experience advising on international data privacy laws and regulations, including the GDPR and China’s Personal Information Protection Law (“PIPL”), as well as U.S. federal and state data privacy laws.
