Adam Peters

Kamlet Reichert, LLP — Associate



As a student at the University of Colorado School of Law, Adam was the director of Silicon Flatirons. Adam has stayed involved with CU and Silicon Flatirons. He co-taught a seminar in Law & Economics of the Information Age at CU, and is a member of the Silicon Flatirons Advisory Board. In addition, he serves as a mentor to a first year law student.

Adam has a variety of experience with regard to digital technology issues and regulatory matters. Adam served as special assistant to the Colorado Public Utilities Commission, and later as Research Fellow & Regulatory Counsel to The Progress & Freedom Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to the study of digital technology issues.

Adam is now an Associate with Kamlet Shepherd & Reichert, LLP. His practice focuses on telecommunications and energy regulation, competition policy, and trademark law.
