Eddy is a recent alumni from the Leeds School of Business, where he graduated from the honors program in 2 1/2 years with high distinction. Born and raised in Westchester, New York, Eddy did not come across CU Boulder until his gap year post high school. Eddy spent three months backpacking throughout Indonesia via homestay where he experienced the contrast of the beautiful environments and pervasive plastic pollution. For the remainder of his gap year, Eddy manifested his experience into his first startup; an athleisure line that ethically produced products made from recycled ocean plastic in Indonesia. Eddy’s outdoor lifestyle and entrepreneurial obsession led him to come to CU Boulder. As of today, Eddy and the three other co-founders are going full-force on Goodie Bag Food Co; a marketplace solution for surplus food. Goodie Bag was conceived this past summer after placing first in the Silicon Flatirons Startup Summer Pitch Competition. Eddy and the Goodie Bag team have plans to officially launch in Boulder this December!
